Cold Brew Concentrate

  • 200g coffee

  • 1000g water

  1. Coarsely grind 200g of dipidy coffee

  2. Inside a 90 micron cold brew bag pour water saturating the grounds.

  3. Place in a sealed container and leave around 70 degrees Fahrenheit for 19 hours.

  4. Remove bag and squeeze out all the liquid you can

  5. Strain using a clean 90 micron or lower bag

  6. Refrigerate and use within 1 month

You've just made a 1:5 cold brew concentrate. To drink mix 4oz concentrate with 6oz water or milk.
