Cold Brew Concentrate

200g coffee
1000g water
Coarsely grind 200g of dipidy coffee
Inside a 90 micron cold brew bag pour water saturating the grounds.
Place in a sealed container and leave around 70 degrees Fahrenheit for 19 hours.
Remove bag and squeeze out all the liquid you can
Strain using a clean 90 micron or lower bag
Refrigerate and use within 1 month
You've just made a 1:5 cold brew concentrate. To drink mix 4oz concentrate with 6oz water or milk.
