16oz heavy whipping cream
1tsp vanilla paste
3oz cane sugar
1.5tsp butterfly pea flower
Combine cream, sugar, vanilla paste in a bowl/pitcher
Using a hand mixer with whisk attachment mix until all ingredients incorporated.
Before small peaks form, add the butterfly pea flower and continue to mix.
Best consistency is when you can scoop some with the whisk, some sticks but slowly drips off.
Transfer to squeeze bottle and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
